The parish of Alqueidão is bounded by the parishes of Paião (once Paião and Borda do Campo) to the south, Lavos a west, Vila Verde to the north and, through the Rivers Mondego and Pranto, with the parishes of Abrunheira, in the municipality of Montemor-o-Velho and Samuel, in the neighboring municipality of Soure. It is also the Pranto River, a tributary that joins the Mondego River at its mouth, which delimits part of the physical border of this parish. Part of the landscape of this territory are the rice fields of the lower Mondego, the courses of the Rivers Mondego and Pranto, as well as the vast expanses of pine forest and other cultivated land.
