Union of parishes of Agrela and Serafão
By decree of December 31, 1853, Agrela left the municipality of Guimarães, where he remained since the Middle Ages, going to belong to Fafe. It is situated in a fertile and pleasant valley, on the border with the municipalities of Póvoa de Lanhoso and Guimarães.
