We are situated in one of the most solid houses in the village. Almost turned into a museum because of all the art it holds, its three floors offer endless possibilities, whether as a complete home or three independent apartments of 125 square meters each.
We enter the large hall, where the staircase rises to its full height, surrounded by colors and textures. To the right, there's a guest bathroom, and a living/dining room with a kitchen bar and fireplace, indicating where you'll likely spend most of your time in winter. To the right of the hall, there is a large private garage and a work area for DIY projects or for repairing any items stored there due to its ample capacity.
We ascend to the first floor, which features a fully equipped double living room with views of Confrides that look like a painting, a fireplace, and solid wooden furniture. The fully equipped kitchen also offers views and the possibility of opening up to the living area. Two bedrooms, one en suite, are located on this floor.
On the third floor, there are four bedrooms (two of which are doubles), a generously sized full bathroom, a storage area (convertible into a bathroom as the pipes from the lower floor are located there), and a terrace to enjoy the fresh air in summer, providing ventilation and direct access to the double bedrooms.
Without a doubt, this is a very solid house located close to all amenities. Just one minute away are the two local bars, two minutes to the grocery store, three minutes to the butcher, and five minutes to the square for annual events.
