Mansion surrounded by a lush and well-kept botanical garden, which gives it maximum privacy and located in the residential area of Madrid-Majadahonda, just 5 minutes from Moncloa-University. The exterior of the house is cobbled with yellow Travertine Marble giving a modern Masia style.
The main entrance, with an eighteenth-century wooden door, opens through a hall with access to a winter lounge connected to the library, the gala dining room and the kitchen, clad in Carrara marble and red Travertine; highlighting the walls with red stucco and the hardwood floors. Stairs lead up to the social area with an open plan living-conservatory with a full bathroom. Next, there is a reading area, summer lounge and kitchen with large windows. It has access to the heated indoor pool, with ornamental plants and waterfalls maintained thanks to solar energy, and a counter-current swimming area. There is a porch area, barbecue and picnic area. It also has a service area with two bedrooms with private bathrooms and independent access.

Note: I inform you that I am the representative of the owners, who live outside Madrid. If you want to visit the house, as a security measure you must send a photo of the visitor's PASSPORT in order to give them an appointment, and then we will send them the plans, the exact location and the certificate from the Land Registry. The mansion is not shown by the owners, but by an assistant. If in the end you decide to buy it, a deposit contract is made with payment by bank transfer in Euros via the Bank of Spain, and 3 months later the sale of the house is signed before a Notary. We do not accept payment with cryptocurrencies or black money, we do not pay commissions, and you cannot meet with the owners before signing. We notify the Police of cases of scams or rip-deals. The owners are very serious people and only make deals with serious people.
