The residence is located 2.7 km from downtown Carcassonne and 3 km from the medieval city of Carcassonne. It is easily accessible by car and also by public transport (bus). You will appreciate the equipment of this recently renovated studio equipped with new furniture; sleeping area with comfortable bedding, large closet with closet, television with large flat screen, dry inertia heating, fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower and WC. Bed linen and household linen such as, sheets, comforters, blankets, towels are at your disposal. Animals are accepted with an extra charge of 60€/month. In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a visitor's tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.
