The 28m² double studio is air-conditioned. It comprises a living area with double bed, LCD TV, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and ceramic hob. Crockery and cutlery are also provided. This studio has a balcony. Sanitary facilities: shower, bath and separate WC. Sleeping accommodation: king-size bed 180*200 Parking is extra (€139/month), as is the swimming pool (€25/day). All utilities are included in the rent (water, electricity, wifi, etc.). Weekly cleaning is also included in the price. For seasonal rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of varying amounts per night and per person must be paid directly to the residence.
