A nice location in the heart of Grenoble! Close to the train station, the tram at the foot of the building, the Mac Do at 100m, the daily market of the Estacade... This T2 of 37 M2, on the 4th and last floor without elevator, is completely renovated to welcome you in the best conditions! It has a living room with an open kitchen fully equipped (including Dolce Gusto coffee maker, capsules not provided) opening onto a balcony which offers a beautiful view of Grenoble and its mountains. An independent bedroom with a double bed and a shower room complete the apartment. Fan You have access to the entire apartment which is equipped with free high-speed Wifi. All bed linen and towels are provided for 4 travellers on your arrival! I remain discreet and the traveller has independent access to the accommodation. I live in Grenoble and remain available for all requests! The district is very pleasant, both quiet and well served. The apartment is both close to the train station and the city centre, both served by the tramway. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Finally, if you are an early riser, the daily market at the pier will provide you with fresh fruit and vegetables. The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot or by bike. To facilitate your trips to your company, your university or your family, a Tram E (Condorcet) stop is at the foot of the building, to access either the train station or the town centre. Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks. The cleaning charges include: cleaning but also the supply of bed and bathroom linen. Solidarity housing! The totality of the cleaning costs is paid to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning). It is also possible to provide you with a baby bed subject to availability and that you make the request as soon as you book.
