Building in Plaza de la Villa also nicknamed as the 'city of the five lineages', one of the most central areas of Arévalo (Ávila).~~The plot has a constructed area of 461 m² which faces the Plaza de la Villa and at the back is part of a patio.~It has two floors and use under cover, forming duplex of first floor and attic. ~~On the ground floor there are 4 houses with façade to both the Plaza and the back garden, with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room.~On the first floor and attic, we have eight two-bedroom duplexes except one that has a single larger room.
