The Project is composed of two (2) Apartment Towers, each with 27 units totaling 52 apartments.
The two Towers will have 10 levels each, with 3 apartments on each level, 2 2-bedroom apartments, and a 1-bedroom apartment.
The 10th. Flats are split-level Pent House apartments.
The project is scheduled to be built in 18 months.

For the signing of the contract the payment of 15% of the price of the apartment will be required, this payment includes the US$2,000 reservation fee.nbsp;
