The property offers a living area between 350 m² and 380 m².
The ground floor is dedicated to tourist reception. It includes a fully furnished cottage with 14 places. You will have 3 large bedrooms with private bathrooms and a "Cosy-Montagne" decoration. A large living room with living room and dining room is also present for the reception of groups, seminars, rooms or tables d'hôtes, the only limit of exploitation will be your imagination!
The top level is the domain of the owners. Superb asset, it offers two independent and communicating apartments, the place is not lacking to accommodate a large family or to welcome your friends passing through independently!
Technical side: concrete base and log wood frame. The openings are double glazed wood type mountain (4/16/4). The heating is provided by a low temperature on the floor with in addition a fireplace with insert plus 2 pellet stoves including a new one. The frame is traditional and the roof in steel tray. Solar panels, thermodynamic balloon, dry toilets at the refuge, the property is connected for your leisure and reservations.
On the leisure side: The Vercors is a gigantic playground! Many family activities are offered and will allow you to occupy each member of the family and make everyone happy. With its 125 km of slopes, the space offered by the Villard de Lans resort and the small village resort Corrençon en Vercors is the largest alpine ski area in the Vercors. Its 57 ski slopes for all levels range from 1050 m to an altitude of 2050 m at the top of the ski area and offer gentle or hilly slopes, forest routes and powder fields. The unique natural setting between canyons and fir trees opens with superb panoramic views of the Alps.
