Quinta do Campo, dating from the thirteenth century, is the only example in Portugal of the medieval architecture of the Cistercian farms, also considered as the best preserved in the entire Iberian Peninsula. It is classified as a Property of National Public Interest in 2005, having been the target of several interventions over the centuries, due to the necessary architectural preservation requirements. Currently it is a housing and agricultural space par excellence.
Quinta do Campo, 1h from Lisbon and 2h from Porto, is the starting point for visits to Caldas da Rainha, Óbidos, Peniche, Leiria, Porto de Mós, Ourém, Fátima, Tomar and the whole area of the Central Coast of the country. It has direct access to Nazaré and the beaches that are south and north (Ericeira, São Martinho do Porto and São Pedro de Moel) and to the Natural Reserve of the Serras de Aire and Candeeiros and Pinhal de Leiria.
Inserted in a plot of land with about 64,000 m2, the farm is distributed as follows:
The main house has eleven suites and nine bedrooms, divided by three floors, accessible from two central corridors that cross the house longitudinally. Ceilings, walls and fireplaces are decorated in wood and stucco, as are the entrance hall, library and living room.
In addition to the main house, there are also eight apartments (with typologies from T0 to T3) with large areas and central heating, ideal for family stays.
A conference room with about 800 m2, ideal for corporate events. A cellar, with barn on top, equipped with bar and toilets, with about 700 m2 each, ideal for social events; which have the support of an industrial kitchen with warehouse and pantry.
In addition to this interior space, the central courtyard of the centennial buildings allows the realization of social events with a capacity for about 1,000 people.

Portugal was voted "Best Destination in Europe" at the World Travel Awards 2020. The awarding of the prize, for the fourth consecutive year, is not surprising if we think of the more than 880 years of history, the 943km of coastline and the average of 300 days of sunshine per year. Not to mention the beaches, among the most beautiful in the world, in the gastronomy and, of course, in the wines!
The country with the oldest borders in Europe ranks third on the list of the safest in the world and first in the European Union. As for the passport Portuguese is the fourth most powerful in the old continent.
With regard to innovation, the westernmost territory of Europe is at the forefront, the result of a specialized technological hub and skilled workers, which have granted Portugal the second place in the European classification.
The ties with the past, the historical influence over the centuries in the various continents, have made Portugal a destination rich in art and culture.
