I remain discreet and the traveller has independent access to the accommodation. I live in Grenoble and remain available for all requests!
Hyper centre, pedestrian area, close to 2 historical streets of Grenoble: Grande Rue and Rue Lafayette. You will find there all the Grenoble life :) Lots of shops, restaurants and a stone's throw from the famous Place Grenette (which is being renovated this spring to better welcome you) and its cafés, terraces and the Galeries Lafayette.
Les Halles covered market 3 min walk away: delicious products to be discovered in a historic building!
Town garden and its shaded terraces in the summer (to be preferred to the very hot Place Grenette!).
The oldest restaurant in Grenoble nearby : La Table Ronde since 1739 !
Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks : Vaucanson car park at the end of the street, Lafayette car park (3 min walk) or at the Museum car park (5 min walk, higher up).
By tram: stop Hubert Dubedout, tram B 3 min walk (train station/presqu'île-centre-city centre-university link) but also tram A 4 min walk (train station-centre-city centre-Chavant-Echirolles/Grand Place link).
Otherwise on foot, ideal for visiting the historic centre of Grenoble!
The cleaning charges include: cleaning but also the supply of bed and bathroom linen.
A deposit will be requested by bank transfer on arrival.
Solidarity housing! The totality of the cleaning costs are paid to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
A security deposit of 1600 € will be required before entering the premises for all rentals outside the Mobility lease.
