The apartment is extremely well-placed, a few minutes from the center of Divonne-les-Bains, close to the Casino, Spa and Golf. Between the forests of the Jura and Lake Geneva, the aera offers breathtaking natural spots. Composed of a large living room with sofa bed (140*190) and kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (140*190) and a bathroom with bath and toilet, this 1BR apartment is 30 sqm. It can accommodate 4 people. The kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle and everything you will need to cook. The apartment is also equipped with a balcony, a flat-screen TV and free wifi access. The residence offers a free parking space. Weekly and end of stay cleaning are included in the rate. During your stay you can enjoy hotel services of the residence (laundry and breakfast). You can arrive at the time you want thanks to a system of residence access code. The reception is open until 8 pm on weekdays and 6 pm on weekends. If you plan to arrive after these hours please contact the residence so they communicate these access codes. In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a visitor's tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.
