With a surface area of 140 m², it offers, on the ground floor, a dining room with American kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, hob, small wine cellar, dishwasher, filter and piston coffee makers, small appliances), a large living room with mezzanine, an intimate living room with fireplace and TV, a bedroom (bed 140 cm) with large cupboards, a laundry room (washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and storage) which gives access to a bathroom (shower and sink). Upstairs, a large master bedroom (160 cm bed) with wardrobe and bathroom (shower and vanity unit), a children's room (2 beds of 90 cm) and a fourth bedroom (bed 140 cm), a family bathroom (bath and vanity plan) and toilet. The thickness of the walls of traditional farmhouses guarantees freshness as long as you close the windows and put the shutters in a hut during the day and open wide at night. Fans are available to diffuse the freshness.
The 1,000 m² plot will allow children to play freely, adults to play a few games of petanque and the whole family to enjoy the 8 x 4 m swimming pool secured by submerged alarm. In the evening, on the gas barbecue, you can grill local products: zucchini, tomatoes and eggplant, sausages or lamb chops, and enjoy a glass of rosé.
