Property income, earned by IRS taxpayers residing in Portuguese territory, is taxed at a rate of 5%, without prejudice to the option for aggregation, when they derive entirely from the lease of: - properties located in ARU recovered in accordance with the respective strategies of rehabilitation; - leased properties subject to a phased update of the rents in accordance with the NRAU, which are the object of rehabilitation actions.
