Old peasant house, built in 1753 on two levels and attic not habitable. It includes
- on the lower floor: an annex room with independent access, a technical room, two rooms deposits-cellars, at the south end a laundry room. On the upper floor: a living-dining room, an open kitchen and a sanitary area and a master bedroom with corner bath and separate toilet.
- in the south annex, accessible from the living room, four duplex bedrooms and a loggia (extension not registered).
- The attic, above the living room and kitchen, are not equipped and are inaccessible as is. Attached to the façade and the back of the building, a cover, not registered, has been arranged.
The traditional construction dates from 1753. The chalet is made of wooden plank and masonry base connected to the communal network in separative system. The insulating windows and shutters are made of wood. The roof is made of flat tiles with copper and zinc tinsmithing. Renovation work is to be expected in the short to medium term on the envelope (including repairs of wooden elements, insulation of the roof). Inside, some equipment and coatings have been replaced (2015) or maintained, central heating was installed in 2010. As for the exterior, repair work is to be expected, especially for the south annex and the lower ground floor. The production of heat is ensured by an oil boiler and the distribution is done by radiators, the production of hot water by electric boiler. PVC tanks of 2x 1'000 liters.
Individual chalet assigned as a main residence named "La Pervenche" is located on the outskirts of the hamlet of "La Comballaz" on the heights of the Commune of Ormont-Dessous halfway between the Sépey and the Col des Mosses along the cantonal road. Services, shops, post office, administration and schools are available in Sépey, Les Diablerets and Leysin, within a radius of 10 kilometers. The ski resorts are 2.5 km away for Les Mosses, 12 km for Leysin and 13 km from Les Diablerets. The first shops are in Les Mosses or Sépey. Access to the various ski resorts with a single "Magic Pass" or "skipass Alpes Vaudoises" which includes the resorts of Villars-Gryon-Diablerets-Glacier 3000 and Leysin - les Mosses - la Lécherette. Motorway access
