Studio in residence

In the heart of the Pays de Gex, our hotel-residence is ideally located for both business and leisure travellers. The flat is extremely well placed, just a few minutes from Divonne-les-Bains town centre and a stone's throw from the Casino, the thermal baths and the golf course. Between the forests of the Jura and Lake Geneva, the region offers a host of breathtaking natural scenery. Comprising a living room with fitted kitchen and bathroom with bath and WC, this studio is 25m2. It sleeps 2 people. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle and everything else you need for cooking. The flat also has a balcony, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. The residence provides a free parking space. Weekly cleaning and cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. During your stay you can take advantage of the hotel services offered by the residence (laundry and breakfast). You can arrive at any time thanks to the residence's access code system. Reception is open until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm at weekends. If you plan to arrive after these times, please contact the residence so that they can give you these access codes. In the case of seasonal rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person must be paid directly to the residence.
