The complex has all the services at your disposal; WIFI in all areas, elevator, heated pool bar, restaurant, communal solarium with sea views and access to the beach avenue.~~It has a maximum capacity of 2 people. Pets are not allowed. Expenses not included in the rental price.~~The apartment consists of a terrace with beautiful panoramic views of the ocean and Anfi del Mar, a bright living room with views and a modern and equipped kitchen, a charming bedroom and a bathroom.~~Close to all areas such as bus stop, taxi, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, hairdresser and with direct access to the beach.~~*Visits to the property*: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid identification document, such as DNI, NIE or passport, before the visit. Additionally, they will be asked to sign a visit sheet upon entering the property.~~** To reserve the property, the initial payment of 1month of deposit will be necessary (to be returned in legal terms, after having delivered the property to the owner, as long as its condition is the same as at the time of its delivery to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental contract are complied with).~** Law 12/2023, of May 24, for the right to housing, approved in Congress on April 27, 2023, and in the Senate on May 18, which is in force from the day after its inclusion In the BOE, on May 26, 2023, contemplates in Section 1 of Article 20 that in the case of housing lease contracts "the real estate commissions and the costs of formalization of the contract will be borne by the landlord".~This regulation DOES NOT APPLY in the cases of lease contracts for use other than housing, such as premises, etc. and, in particular, it does not apply to seasonal rental contracts.
