(Bedroom 1: 160 cm X 200 cm bed, bedroom 2: two 90 cm X 190 cm beds)
Upstairs with independent access from the outside:
Entrance, 1 master bedroom - bed 160 x 200cm - with its bathroom.
Availability dates:
2 months' rental deposit / The number of occupants must not exceed the sleeping capacity, out of respect for the neighborhood, parties and other nocturnal disturbances and DJ evenings are prohibited. Animals are forbidden (except small ones).
Booking conditions:
- Seasonal rentals: at the time of booking 30% and the balance 15 days before arrival.
If the date is too early and last minute, the balance will be due at the time of booking.
-Long-term rentals. Advance payment to be expected.
Departure cleaning is mandatory, price 100 ¤.
Prices include:
Maintenance of the garden and swimming pool, the Internet box except abnormal consumption
Prices do not include:
Sheets and towels, cleaning during your stay, electricity and water consumption
