The approved project for a gated community between Vila do Conde and Povoa de Varzim, the first of its kind in these two municipalities.
A bold project whose location, in the parish of Argivai (near the southern edge of the city of Póvoa de Varzim and the entrance to Vila do Conde via the A28 motorway), makes it possible to serve both cities, as well as the surrounding towns.
Set in a 42,740m2 plot, the development will comprise a total of 47 houses (4-fronted or terraced).
The remaining area of around 35,000m2 will, for the most part, be occupied by gardens and recreational areas. The project also includes a concierge building and another building that will house the heated indoor pool, party room and support facilities for the outdoor pool. Outdoors there will be an artificial lake, playground and children´s playground.
