The 21m² air-conditioned flat for 1 person comprises a living area with a double or twin bed (subject to availability), a bathroom and an LCD TV. The kitchen has a microwave and fridge, and crockery and cutlery are also provided. Sanitary facilities: Combination bath and double, WC Free Wi-Fi access in all flats. Any additional occupants will be charged €40/pers/month. In the case of seasonal rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person must be paid directly to the residence.
