The large, bright living room with table, sideboard and TV, opens on one side onto the lounge area with sofa, and on the other, onto the kitchen in which nothing is missing: "piano" with 5 gas burners and large oven, microwave, American refrigerator, stone sink, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker with soft pod, storage.
The beautiful bedroom (140 cm bed) with large dressing room and bench is also bathed in light. The hallway gives access to a cupboard with washing machine and storage, and to the contemporary bathroom with large walk-in shower, washbasin and stone washbasin. The toilet is separate for more comfort. The lounge area, whose sofa is convertible, can be insulated by large blackout curtains.
When the sun is still soft, you can have lunch in the well-sheltered courtyard. In the summer, you will grill and have lunch in the shade of the mulberry tree. The vegetation that will have grown in the spring will provide a discreet corner where you can relax.
This is a house that you will enjoy coming back to often!
