But the real gem of this room is the access to an impressive 100 square metre terrace for communal use, where you will be able to enjoy the sun and the views of the sea just 600 metres away. In addition, you will also have access to internet (wifi), air conditioning with hot/cold pump and a television for your comfort.The open-plan kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils/cooking utensils and coffee machine, will allow you to prepare your favourite meals. If you are a smoker, you will be happy to know that you can smoke on the communal terrace, but not inside the building. In addition, you will have at your disposal a laundry area shared with other guests to make your stay even more comfortable. Services with additional cost subject to availability.
