Under 30 only. I live alone in Paimpol, by the sea and 5 minutes by car from the city center. I really like to cook and share good food. The house I occupy consists of 3 floors (so a lot of stairs), with 2 bedrooms on the top floor which each have their own bathroom and a direct view of the sea. The living room is large and friendly. One of my daughters lives in Rennes and comes to visit me very regularly. I would be delighted to be able to share moments of conviviality and receive help a few times a week to go out on the town, or to go shopping. I have a car that I unfortunately can't drive but could be used from time to time by my roommate when I need to go out. . Have a nice day!
