Title deeds are a periodic habitation right. Being the T1 Apartments, with capacity for 4 people (Apartment No. 142, 1st floor, weeks 01; 07; 13; 16 and 43). They start on Saturday of each week and end on the following Saturday. The apartments are fully furnished, with hotel furnishings. It includes a double bed, a sofa bed, bar, storage, wi-fi, TV and private bathroom. You have access to all the hotel's services such as the swimming pool. Breakfast is not included.
It is a perpetual right that you can pass on to your offspring. You can exchange these weeks with other weeks of the Vila Galé chain subject to Hotel availability.
Annual costs of maintenance and use of services: 268,25€ per Week/Year.
