House of traditional Buzian architecture very close to Praia do Canto, next to the lagoon in the center. The house is located on the second line of the beach, a few meters from the easement that gives access to Praia do Canto. It is also just a few minutes' walk from Rua das Pedras and the centre.
On the upper floor there are 3 suites, the main one with sea view and the other two with views of the downtown lagoon.
On the ground floor, the social areas include a large living room, laundry area, kitchen and dining room.
In the outdoor area there is a swimming pool, steam room, service dependency, barbecue and a large deck for outdoor dining or relaxing in the hammock. It also has a covered garage for two vehicles.
