Villa Casa Bela Mar is a luxurious villa located in the peaceful, desirable and much sought after resort of Reserva da Luz, which is situation on the west side of Luz. Ideal for family vacations or a get away with friends the villa offers everything you need. Enter the property via private electric gates up the sloping driveway through the garden to the front door. Upon entering the front door there is a spacious and stylish entrance hall which leads directly through double doors into a large open plan lounge and dining area with stunning , panoramic views of the ocean and the Black Rock of Luz. These outstanding views can be accessed further through sliding glass patio doors to the full length terrace which lets in an abundance of light to the property. The lounge has a fireplace and a large flatscreen television with iptv channels, offering a wide range of sports, movies and music programmes for your entertainment. There are comfortable sofas and armchairs in the lounge area which also incorporates a peaceful Caribbean corner and a built in bar and then flows on to the dining area which leads through to the kitchen. On the first floor terrace there is a large table and chairs under a covered area, perfect for al fresco dining with a weber BBQ and outside staircase leading down to the pool area and lower gardens. The first floor terrace also has a further comfortable seating area to take in the impressive views while relaxing with a drink and towards the other end of the upper terrace there are also a couple of sun loungers. The kitchen area has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with everything you would need. There is a microwave and electric oven and a gas hob, dishwasher, kettles, toaster, Juicer and large American style fridge freezer with built in ice machine. Leading from the kitchen is a bright utility room with washer, tumble dryer and sink. The first floor Master bedroom contains a super king sized bed with seating area and a separate walk in dressing room and large bathroom with double sink, large bath and separate walk in shower and toilet. There is a large flat screen TV in this room which can be used if you bring your own internet TV devise such as Amazon firestick or google chrome cast. There are patio doors directly from the bedroom onto the terrace. Back out into the large entrance hall, where there is also a separate upstairs toilet, there is a large staircase which descends down to the ground floor of the villa. Here there are two large bedrooms which can both be made up as twin or double beds for your convenience. Both rooms have built in dressing rooms and spacious bathrooms with double sinks, toilet and one room has a bath with overhead shower while the other room has a built in shower. Both rooms have fully opening patio doors leading out to the pool area and terrace. There is underfloor heating throughout the villa if required in the winter months as well as air-conditioning in all bedrooms. All patio doors have electric black out roll down blinds which are great for darkness while sleeping and added security. There is an additional room downstairs which houses a table tennis table and a variety of outdoor games including croquet, beach items and pool accessories for your convenience. The main outdoor area consists of a large, south facing sun terrace complete with sun loungers and an additional table and chairs which is shaded and perfect for time out of the sun. There is a relaxing full size wooden hammock and a separate love seat area tucked into the garden. Sun worshippers will love the outside pool areas where you can get the sun all day long. The villa is set in stunning landscaped, tropical gardens with a real grass lawn and paved walkways with a host of plants, palm trees, olive trees, lavender and traditional Portuguese shrubs and trees maintained throughout the year by our own gardener. The gardens are designed to provide privacy to the pool and terrace areas making a very special area. The pool has easy access via a set of wide steps and has a cover for evening use to ensure that a good temperature is maintained if you opt for the additional pool heating. There is a separate relaxing round jacuzzi pool that has a waterfall feature running into the main pool and can be enjoyed with or without water jets. We are situated on the western outskirts of Luz, and you can enjoy a beautiful coastal walk to Luz centre or the breaches, which takes about 20 minutes, or, alternatively, a 3 minute car journey. Luz village still retains its traditional charm with cobbled streets, shops, bars and restaurants, a spa and hairdressers and offers something for all the family. Luz has a wide and safe sandy beach with water sports facilities. There are also a few restaurants even closer to the villa taking about 10 minutes to walk to. Boa Vista Golf Club is the nearest golf course/resort, however there are many others located within a 15-30 minute drive including the Santo António Golf Course which is 11 km from the villa. The historic, traditional and thriving town of Lagos is just a 10 minute drive away and offers a beautiful modern marina, markets, restaurants and much more. There are water parks and similar attractions including a local zoo all within a good distance of travel from the villa. The Algarve International Circuit is also only 29 km from the property for an exciting day out. The nearest airport is Faro Airport, 94 km from Villa Casa Bela Mar taking approximately 1 hour to drive. Burgau is the adjacent small village, about a five-minute drive west from the villa. Another lovely beach with more cafes, bars and restaurants. Also on the outskirts is Burgau Sports Centre, an English family run facility with Tennis Courts and gym, hair/nail salon and bar/pool. With classes and sports sessions for children and adults. There is a folder in the villa detailing local attractions which you may find useful. The villa representative is available, should you have any queries during your stay. Saturday is our preferred changeover day. However, please contact us about other possible changeover days, depending on the time of year. There is a cot and high chair provided at the villa any additional requirements for these are provided at an extra charge Whilst the property has 3 bedrooms, there is a sofa bed, in the downstairs hallways that can accommodate a child/adult if required. If you would like this available please ask and we will provide linen there will be an additional cost for laundry.
