In Tribunj, a guest house with 20 rooms first row to the marina is for sale. It was built in the M1 construction zone on a plot of 1128 m2, which gives the future owner the possibility of eventual conversion of the building.
The guest house consists of four floors. On the ground floor, which extends to 425 m2, there are five bedrooms with bathrooms, space for preparing and serving breakfast, coffee bar with terrace, reception, laundry, boiler room, storage, additional utility space, toilets and bathrooms for employees. The first, second and third floors are almost identical, ranging from 132 m2 to 151 m2. Tribunj is a small Dalmatian town and port in the central Adriatic. Although it has turned to tourism in recent decades, it still retains the charm of a small and authentic Dalmatian town. The old town of Tribunj with its characteristic stone houses is located on an islet connected to the mainland by a stone bridge. Tribunj has two city beaches, and a promenade to Sovlje on one side and nearby Vodice on the other. In the hinterland of Tribunj there are hiking and biking trails. Tribunj has a diverse catering offer, and given the large fishing fleet in the restaurant you can always find fresh fish. The Krka and Kornati National Parks are nearby, as is the town of Sibenik. Airport is only an hour's drive away.
