Located on the heights of the new flagship district of Bussigny, the PANORAMA project offers a modern and comfortable home spread over 10 human-sized buildings. 4 buildings offer 25 rental apartments with 2.5 to 4.5 rooms.
Each apartment consists of:
Entrance with wall cabinet
Dining area, open to the kitchen
Open and fitted kitchen
Shower room/WC
One to three bedrooms
Terrace + private garden or balcony
A washing column provided washing machine/dryer
A cellar
Bicycle storage is available as well as charging sockets for electric bikes
Underground parking spaces are also available for rent (CHF 180/month). Each parking space is equipped with an electric terminal.
Thanks to its privileged position, PANORAMA enjoys a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside, the Jura and the Alps. The PANORAMA project offers a fitness room with a dedicated yoga area and a multipurpose space that can be used as a co-working space or accommodate large groups for parties. In addition, the project will house a playground for children.
