Community amenities include Olympic sized pool, fitness center, club house, game and media rooms, shuffleboard and a business center. 24 hour security and gated community with open parking. Any short term under 6 months would be subject to 13% taxes. Additional fees, cleaning moved out fee, and security deposits, etc would apply. Guest bedroom currently had no bed, but a single trundle bed is currently being planned and yet to be verified.
