FOROS DO TRAPO LOGISTICS PARK (MONTIJO)

Industrial allotment, under construction, expected to be completed in September 2024. It is located 22 km (20 minutes) from Montijo. The land has a total area of ​​75,000 m2, where the warehouse with dimensions of 200 ml x 60 ml is nearing completion, totaling 12,000 m2. The warehouse consists of 4 uneven piers, 4 TIR gates (8X6), an administrative area, consisting of an Open SPACE area of ​​400 m2, male/female changing rooms, cafeteria and reception. It also includes a patio, with an area of ​​18,000 m2, paved in pavé, fenced with a wall and net, with the respective fire network, 3 external sliding gates measuring 8000 x 2000. Regarding access to the warehouse, it is via two paved roads, with quick connection to the N4, and 8 km from Pegões (5 minutes), with access to the A13, and with connection to the A10 (West), A1 (North), A2 (South) and the A6 (Spain). As it is located close to Montijo, it also allows easy access to the A33 and with connection to the A12, Ponte Vasco da Gama, Setúbal and Lisbon.
