At the same time, my vast career as a Civil Engineer spans 30 years, including 9 years in Angola and 2 more in Timor-Leste. My engineering background has provided me with valuable skills in project management, structural calculation, and supervision of housing and road constructions, allowing me to successfully lead infrastructure projects in varied and very challenging environments.
