Exuberant Empreendimento Alegria , of absolutely modern construction, but that makes use of a typical façade of the Porto architecture of the early twentieth century. An example of this is the choice of lambrins, in the entrance hall of the building and staircase box, and of high and worked skirting boards on the access landings to the fractions.
