My name is Paulo Madeira, I am a real estate consultant since 2006, real estate manager since 2010 and Real Estate Coach since 2013. The knowledge and experience I have acquired as a consultant since 2006 allows me to find the best properties available in the market with the desired profile of my clients. Through my training in management, I propose, within what are the business opportunities available at the moment, the best solutions depending on the personal budget management of each client. Finally, through the theme of Real Estate Coaching, I help my clients in making decisions more aware of what their needs are, both present and medium/long term. My main goal in this area, is to be next to my clients, helping them in making the right decision in the purchase and / or sale of their properties. After all, in this simple act, is at stake is the comfort zone of the family, security, living with family and friends, work space and rest, in the background, that space that, even after a tiring and / or stressful day of work, even after a fantastic vacation on the other side of the world, we miss returning: our HOUSE!
