In Portugal, I am the first international real estate consultant. Having the GMA (Global Marketing Agent) Certificate allows me to make the process of buying and selling your home safe and faster with individual clients, companies and international investors, through a network of international tax and legal consultants.
I entered the world of real estate at the age of 20, when I bought my first house and many more followed, always looking for the best deal.
The experience of 15 years as a consultant at the Multinational Arthur Andersen/Deloitte was a great School, which allowed me to acquire skills in administration, accounting, auditing, management control and taxation, an added value, which without me realizing it, facilitated the closing of more than 250 transactions, in the last 10 years and to serve all my clients in the best way I know how, whether they are foreigners or large investors, such as young newlywed couples.
I am part of a team of international consultants (LIT Legends), as my 23-year-old son Gonçalo says, "the world is ours!"
My other son, Diogo, 24 years old, who started his career and follows in my footsteps in Consulting. "Mom, where are we going to invest now?"
